OVERVIEW
YouTube creators were overwhelmed by analytics and unsure what to fix. I designed a dashboard to give them clarity, control, and confidence in their video performance.
As the only designer, I led this 2-week, end-to-end project from research, design, to demo.

Turning Point #1: One-Screen Focus
Most tools scattered insights across tabs and long pages. I used collapsible modules and visual groupings to keep everything within reach. This reduced time to insight and helped users feel in control.

60% of creators didn’t trust AI and wanted a faster way to spot weak points. I added a scoring system that compared the old and new, giving users confidence at a glance.
